Don't want to go through the hassal of making your way through Trothyr's Rest to become NPK again? Simply recall to the Ithaenc Cathedral and find the stairs leading to Adja's Memorial. Double click it and you're no longer red. Easiest way to get to the Cathedral would be using the spell acquired from the Healer's Heart quest. :) Watch out for all the PK battles that happens there.
