You can simply transfer points from one attribute to another by going on a simple quest. You'll need to get a gem from Temple of Enlightenment and a gem from Temple of Forgetfulness. These gems are located in the main room where the gems for the skills are located in rooms to the side. This quest is on a 2 week timer.
