To begin this quest you'll need to be at least level 125. You'll need to get an Insatiable Eater Jaw from the Insatiable Vault at 97.4N 48.0W. Head out to Sanamar and take the Eastwatch portal at 71.3N 61.3W.

Insatiable Vault (97.4N 48.0W):

• Jump down into the pit then head East.
• Hang left to the room with a pit and jump down.
• Head East and hang left to the pit.
• Jump down and hang right to the Insatiable Eater at the dead end to get the Jaw.
• Note: The eaters at the corners near the exit portal drops the jaw.
• Take the exit portal.

Take the jaw to Fiun Rehlyun at 95.7N 57.1W. Talk to him then hand him the jaw and you'll get flag to enter the Augmentation Realm Higher Level portal at 95.0N 47.1W. The best way to do it is have somebody to tie to the portal. It's located on the top of the mountain in the center of the death pass overwhelmed by high level mobs.

Augmentation Realm Higher Level (95.0N 47.1W):

• Head forward and make a right heading East.
• Hang right all the way down to the wisp area.
• Continue hanging right to the Small Magma Golem area.
• Hang right till you get to a room with a small hill in the center and head South.
• Continue heading South to the portal to the next level.

Augmentation Realm Lower Level:

• Left heading West and hang left to the drop.
• Jump down and keep heading South to the room with the little hut and pit.
• Down the pit and continue heading forward.
• Keep heading South to the door.
• Behind the door is filled with doors with Fiuns.
• Continue forward through the door and down the spiral stairs.
• Hang right all the way to the room with the portals.
• Note: all the portal takes you to the next level but different parts of the dungeon.
• Take the portal to your right (North wall West most portal) will drop you at the Eaters section.

Augmentation Realm Main Level:

• (If you took the portal mentioned above) Hang right all the way will lead you to the pit.
• (If you didn't take the portal mentioned above) If you see:
  Eaters: Head South to pit.
  Shadows: Head West to pit.
  Viamontian: North all the way.
• Jump down and continue North to Sir Bellas for your gem and he drops over 10 blank gems.
• Note: Have someone debuff his weapon and corner him on the North side. This will help with reducing the damage he does and keeping his buddies from coming to the rescue.
• Important: Make sure all corpses are recovered before picking up the gem since once you pick it up you're flagged to complete the quest and can't enter the dungeon again until you hand in another jaw.

Decide on what you would like to use the gem for then bring it to the NPC (listed in Turbine's Article). The experience will be deducted from your total unused when you use the gem. You don't have to have the experience when you hand it over.
