Begin by talking to Ufet, Prophet of Blades (Gharu'ndim: Zaikhal), Lieutenant Kenneth (Aluvian: Cragstone) or Shosa Kiroji Matanui (Sho: Hebian-to). They will inform you to get the rumor from the barkeep. Pick up a copy of A Call to Arms and read it. It will give you the coordinates to the dungeons of the different clans. The dungeons are quite close to Dryreach. It doesn't matter which NPC you turn your banner to for the assault weapons. The only differences are the Gambling Tokens and the Gem of Worth which gets you to different casinos.
