To begin this quest you'll have to complete the Gelidite Library quest first and pull the regular lever. After pulling the lever it will portal you outside of Gelidite Library. Talk to Kai Mallan, Sho Enchanter who stood right before the portal to the Gelidite Library. He'll give you a Kai's Reward Gem. You can get as many gems as you want but you can only trade in 3 gems for the portal gems per week. The gem portals you into a room with a lot of silver keys. You can grab as many as you want and each key has 3 uses.

South leads to The Callous Heart Right Wing restricted for level 15+ filled with Harnessed Scintillas and Controlled Flammas. Keep heading forward will lead you to the Locked Rewards Chest.

East leads to The Callous Heart Left Wing restricted for level 30+ filled with Controlled Frosts and Obedient Obsidian Golems. Hang right all the way to get to the Locked Rewards Chest.

West is The Callous Heart High Grounds restricted to level 45+ filled with Bound Crystal Golems and Bound Coral Golems. Grab a shield and cast Impenetrability and Bludgeoning Bane on it. At the main room exit towards East and keep heading East up the ramp on the other side. Hange NW to find the Locked Rewards Chest towards the NW corner. The chest has like 20 jewels but you can only grab one. Suggestions: just run through it with a bunch of health elixirs and take the exit portal instead of recalling.
