Start off by hunting for Canescent Mattekars in the Northern part of Marae Lassel until you get a Canescent Mattekar Pelt. Then you need to decide on which robe you want to own. The red Canescent Mattekar Robe is made with Olthoi Ichor which can be found on Olthoi Legionary and Olthoi Eviscerator. The blue robe is made with Vial of Organic Acid which can be drop by grievvers that uses acid attacks. Note: The pelt can be given before it's been treated with the ichor or acid. The treated pelt and robe can't be given/dropped. Use the ichor or acid on the pelt then take it to Mazur ibn Stounis. Mazur ibn Stounis (42.9N 66.7W) is near a forge in the town close to the green spire.
