Start off by talking to Frest Greelving at 6.0N 43.7E. You can get there by taking the Lytelthorpe Portal (9.5N 59.9E) from Rithwic. Journey over to 2.2N 50.5E and take the Osric Cottages Portal. He will give you his journal and ask you to retrieve a few items for him.

Located the three Frest Greelving's Chest(s) and get the items from it. While you're at the chest on top of the tower. Kill the Zombie and get the chronicle from it's corpse. Head back to Frest Greelving and give him the stuff. He'll ask you to take the chronicle to get it translated by Breself the Translator (26.0N 47.0E) at Cragstone.

Take the translated chronicle back to Frest Greelving. He will read it and return to you along with a Portal Chamber Key. This is used to open the door to the mansion portal. The door can be picked but if you won't be able to enter the portal till you hand Frest Greelving the translated chronicle.

Use the Portal Chamber Key on the door leading to the mansion portal. Use the portal and find the hole towards the NW room.

• Hang left past two intersections.
• Keep heading forward to a T intersection and make a right.
• Hang left throught all the intersections into a large room.
• Exit the large room and keep heading forward and make another left at the following intersection.
• Make a right at the following T intersection into a large room.
• Kill the Zombie under the blue floating cloud and grab the Staff of Nullification.
• Head back the way you came in and hang left all the way to the Dark Sarcophagus.
