This begins with talking to Tanami Kei at 59.7S 88.0W in Ayan Baqur. He'll inform you to get the Feud of the Natural Philosophers from Berkholt the Burly Barkeep in the same building. The note directs you to 66S 86.6W. You can head over there if you want to save some time without dropping by town first. Portal is restricted to level 80+. Make sure you buff and bane before heading into the portal. It's filled with Pestilence Rats, Giant Mites and Sephal Nefanes. Slashing damage seem to work well on all of them.

• Head out of the room and make a right heading South.
• Hang right down into a large room and exit through the NE corner.
• Make a right heading down the South ramp.
• In the next room jump down to the next level on your right and pick up Ishaq's Lost Key from the SW corner. There's a 2 week timer on picking up the key.
• Portal recall back to the drop. (Not sure if you can through a summoned portal if unsure then follow the next few steps.)
  • Head North and make a left heading East.
  • Keep heading forward and make left turns will take you to the drop.
• Decide what you would like to get before continuing.
• If you want the crossbow then use the key on the chest to get the note otherwise take the exit portal.
• Give the key to Ishaq the Philosopher in the house next to the portal for the mace.
• If you're getting the crossbow take the note back to Tanami Kei at 59.7S 88.0W in Ayan Baqur.
