Head out to Qalaba'r and then take the Qalabar Oasis Settlement Portal at 74.8S 17.8E. From here go to The Mayor at 68.7S 25.4E. Follow his instruction and head North to Mount Ingot at 67.8S 25.5E. The key here is hang left all the way to the lava room. You'll have to kill Scold to break him into few Scold Chunks. Once you killed the chunks the few Scold Lumps will spawn. Kill them and loot a Scold's Heart from one of them (24 hours timer). Hang right back out of the dungeon and head South back to the valley.
