To acquire this weapon you'll have to start off by talking to a few NPCs.

• Astara Duskshield at 10.3N 58.3E in Rithwic.
• Then talk to Delton Hardor who is inside the inn at 10.7N 59.4E.
• Talk to Ji Tenxien the Tailor in the next building at 10.7N 59.1E.
• Next up is to talk to Wylreda the Scribe across the bridge at 10.6N 58.4E.
• Off to Tian Li Quan (54.4N 73.1E) in Lin. To get there you can take the Tou-Tou portal from Arwic at 33.8N 56.4E then take the Lin Portal at 28S 95.4E. He'll instruct you to head West and give you the Journal of Tamian Wilmot.

Head to Qalaba'r and take the Ro-Nan Portal at 74.8S 17.9E. Head out to 63.0S 36.5E and kill the Iron Golem Guardians till you get the Key to an Archive. Head up the hill to An Archive portal at 63.5S 36.8E. You'll notice a note to the left side of the door. Use the key on the door to continue.

• Pick a side and continue heading forward towards North.
• Once you're in a small room with exit to the East and South. Take the East hall.
• Continue and make a right heading South and at the end you'll be in a room with a note on the desk. Off to Uziz like the note said.

       

You can get there by taking the Lytelthorpe Portal at 9.5N 59.9E from Rithwic or the Tou-Tou Portal at 33.8N 56.4E from Arwic. Head into town and take the Haven Residential Halls Portal. Up the ramp and to your right is the Uziz Portal. Take the South Uzis Villas Portal at 24.9S 29.6E just outside of Uziz. The Tower Base Dungeon is located at 34.7S 33.6E. It's filled with different types of golems up to Obsidian Golems.

• Head forward from the drop and up the East hall.
• Continue forward till you're at a cross section.
• Hang left all the way to a small room and make a right heading West.
• Make a left then follow right and continue into a large room.
• To your right you'll find your way out of the room through the East wall.
• Continue up to the Upper Tower portal.
• Head up the tower and grab the note from next to the Stone Plaque.
• You'll have to go to the top of the towers to the East and West.
• Get the Glass Token Half from the chests and combine them.
• Head to the bottom of the towers and find the hall on the North side of the tower.

Now back to Rithwic and deliver the notes to Astara Duskshield. Give her the Journal and the note from the plaque to get your rewards.
