• Take the Sansi Portal from around 12.8N 1.8W outside of Zaikhal.
• Head over to the Bellig Tower Base portal at 17.8N 16.0E.
• Head forward (North) and continue heading forward to a fork after the ramp.
• Right and hug left to the next left which takes you to a bridge overlooking a large room.
• Continue heading forward avoiding side rooms till you come to a room with a Revenant and kill it.
• Get the Hammer of Lightning off the corpse of the Revenant.
• Recall out or continue heading forward to take the exit portal.
