This dungeon is restricted to level 25+. With a decent group it's easy to finish it. At the lower portion of the quest you'll earn the shiny Ice Prism whereas the upper side gets the bracelet.

Take the settlement portal to Sennon Valley Retreat from the Settlement Portals at 32.9N 59.3E (a little outside of Arwic). It drops off not too far from the dungeon. Make the run and head to the dungeon at 53.3N 62.5E. Split up into two teams for the upper and lower dungeons before heading in. Buff up before entering the dungeon. Inside you'll be greeted by 4 olthoi soldiers behind a door. Clear them out and take the passage down. In this room you'll get swarm by a bunch of olthoi soldiers. Clear them and you'll find yourself above an acid pit with a mix swarm of olthoi soldier and olthoi legionary. Clear them and head into the West hall to pick up the Hammer of Fire from the chest. Once everyone has their hammer head for the South hall and continue downward. At the end of the spiral stairs you'll find a room packed with olthoi soldier, legionary and two portals. Note: the prism is from the lower section and the bracelet from the upper. Head into the two portals and rebuff here. Nothing spawns in the drop off rooms.

Lower:

• Proceed heading forward till you come to the first cross section with a door directly in front of you. Wait for the upper team to open it and head inside you'll find the first lever for the upper team.
• Exit out of the room and make a right then proceed down the ramp and keep heading forward. You'll come to another cross section with a door facing you. Wait for it to be open by upper team and find your last and final lever for the upper team.
• Exit the room after pulling the lever and make a right to a 2 way path. Take the left corridor and head into the next room. Clear it and take the ramp down from the right side.
• Keep heading forward till you come upon the ice pit. Shift your camera angle to see the door. To tell if it's open or not use your mouse cursor and click on it like the shot below.
• Once past the ice pit continue heading forward. There will be two dispell floor traps while entering and exiting the next room. You'll find an iron door to the left wall in the next big room. Once the upper team pulls the lever head inside and clear everything and grab your prize. Note: If you're not careful the monsters will enter the room. If another run is expected wait till everyone gets the prism then have the upper team pull the last lever to get access to the exit portal.

Upper:

• Make your way to the first large room and take the path to the right. Continue forward till you come to a 4 way street. Make another right and down to a room with the first lever for the lower team.
• Make your way back out of the room and continue heading North till you come to a T section and to the right is your first door.
• Upon entering the room make a sharp right turn into the corridor to find the 2nd lever for the lower team.
• When the door opens keep heading forward to find the 3rd lever for the lower team. Back track to the previous room and take the spiral staircase up to the next level.
• Clear out the monsters in the large room and take the corridor from the other end out of the room. Make a sharp right turn and you'll find the 4th lever for the lower team. Note: This is the lever for the door next to the ice pit. Wait till they confirm they can see if the door is open or not before proceeding.
• Once the lower team went through the door with the ice pit continue heading forward into the room with the gratings. The last lever is to the right. The shiny bracelet is in the room with the exit portal. Note: Wait at the last lever to open the final door for the lower side if another run is expected.

Take the Fragment of the Ice Prism to an Agent of the Arcanum and you'll get 250,000 experience, a Writ of Refuge and the Craftable Prism Fragment of Ice. The prism can now be drop/transferred.
