Start from Arwic and take the Mountain Shortcut at 34.9N 56.0E then head to the Mite Maze at 41.1N 57.2E. It's loaded with Gold Phyntos Wasps and high level mites.

• From the drop head forward to the wall and make a right heading South.
• Hang right up to the next level and hang left into a room. Pick up Branith's Shirt.
• Head out and hang right to a room with an Exit portal to your right.
• Don't enter the room and continue hanging right down to the next level.
• Make a left then then 2nd left (not the one going up) and a right into a large room.
• Exit the room through the South wall and right all the way to another large room.
• Kill the queen to get a staff and the discus.
• Branith's Staff is on the ground at the corner of the room.
