Journey to Mount Lethe Magma Tubes (level 20+) at 33.8S 85.3W. The drop is safe so run right into the portal when you're there. There's a lot of fire elements, Magma Golems, Vapor Golems, and an odd Firestorm outside guarding the portal. You'll face fire elements up to Inferno, Magma Golems, Augmented Drudges, Altered Drudges, level 167 skeletons, Virindis and a Shadow Wisp. This quest requires someone with lockpicking skill. There are two doors that's locked and needs picking.

The beginning of the dungeon is quite easy.

• Choose one side and you'll get to the same destination.
• Keep heading forward and clear out the Drudges.
• Continue heading West and find another bridge.
• Soon you'll find yourself at a large room with three bridges and two wooden doors.
• There's a chest that's locked and a lever to the side of it behind the second Magma Golem.
• The lever will open the door to your left. There's a PK alter right in the middle of the room with another lever at the corner.
• This lever will open the wooden door you enter from.
• Head down the ramp to find Lord Cambarth. Pick up the book (2 pages) from his corpse and pull the lever at the corner of his chamber.
• Head back to the bridges where you'll find the other door is now open.
• Becareful and don't hit the exit portal. Take the ramp down which will lead you to two Virindis.
• The Virindi Master drops another book by Lord Cambarth.
• Use the pool and you'll get the Water of Mt Lethe.

Take the water to Celcynd the Dour at 10.7N 58.1E in the Pub at Rithwic. He'll give you The Reign of Alfrega in return for the water. Take that and bring it to Harlune the Misanthrope in the Mite Maze at 41.1N 57.2E. He'll give you the Scroll of Mount Lethe Recall in return for The Reign of Alfrega. Enjoy.
