Head out to Marae Lassel to find a Cultist Altar. Keep using it till it spawns a Dark Vapor. Once it's dead it'll open a gateway that's restricted to level 35+.

You'll be facing different types of Cultists. Be prepared.

• Keep heading forward from the drop to a large room.
• Exit the room through the West door and keep heading West up to the next level.
• Turn right and through the bridge and continue forward to a small room.
• Continue forward to the last room then make a right down to get the Jaeget's Journal. (Lore) You'll have to beat down the door.
• Back up to the previous room and clear the 2 rooms with the lightning and fire elements.
• Hit both levers in the lightning and fire element room.
• Exit the rooms and head East till you hit the wall then hang right all the way to the next level and through the doors that's now open.
• Have someone stay here and jump down to the main room from the bridge.
• Head out East follow by a right down South.
• Make a right and head West and up the spiral stairs. Have the person at the lever hit the lever and instead of heading West to head East to the other spiral stairs.
• Through the doors and hit the button on the top of the stairs in the large room.
• Person at the East spiral stairs go through the door and hit the button on the top of the stairs in the large room.
• Meet up at the T intersection and head North through the hidden door that's now opened.
• Keep heading forward to a large room with the pit.
• Jump down the pit and pick up the Bewren's Journal. Walk around to trigger the floor plate for the door.
• Continue and jump down to the next level.
• From this point on you'll be fighting shadows. Just pick a way and head to the bottom.
• Loot the Repugnant Bracelet from either the Lesser Void Knight or the Lesser Shadow Wretch. 30 days timer.
• The Caliginous Bethel portal drops you back at the start of the dungeon.

Once you have the bracelet head out to Sanctuary for the Water of Ithaenc. Use the bracelet on the water to get your Refulgent Bracelet. Note: Make sure to double click the bracelet then target the water.
