To get the Rumuba's Jade Spear you'll have to make a trip to Vesayen Isles and visit Rumuba the Mosswart at 75.9S 89.2E. You can get there easily by taking the Mountain Shortcut at 34.9N 56.0E just outside of Arwic. Head over to the Bandit Castle Portal at 42.4N 60.5E which drops you close to the Vesayen Isles Portal at 61.7N 48.6E. Try to get an Idol Gem from Idols along the way to Rumuba's Hidey-Hole at 75.9S 89.2E. If you can find one along the way it's a good idea to visit the Idol Spawning Grounds at 72.3S 87.5E where you'll be able to find Idols and Dread Idols. Another dungeon you might want to try that isn't as dangerous is the Mosswart Nest at 77.7S 87.9E.

Once you have the Idol Gem head over to Rumuba's Hidey-Hole at 75.9S 89.2E. It's pretty easy to locate Rumuba the Mosswart in here. Simply head away from the Exit portal and hang right till you're in a large room heading North. Head forward and ignore the locked door takes you directly to Rumuba. Give him the Idol Gem and he'll give you the spearhead. In order to make the spear you'll have to get a Wood Heart off a Wood Golem. Take the heart to a Trophy Smith to turn it in for a Golem Jo. I visited the Tophy Smith in Qala'bar. Simply combine the spearhead with the jo to get your shiny new weapon. This item can be drop/given to others. :)
