The weapon you get from this quest will be destroyed on death. To begin you'll need to get ahold of a Tattered Virindi Cloak from a Mosswart Mire-Witch. Only the ones from a group of 4 or 5 Mire-Witches will drop it. Take the Land Bridge Villa Portal at 74.9S 17.9E from Qalaba'r. Then head down to the south shore and run along the shore towards the West. I found random groups at 86.9S 0.3W and 88.5S 9.4W.

   

Once you have the cloak head to Arwic. Make sure you have a Sturdy Iron Key with you. Take the Mountain Shortcut at 34.9N 56.0E. Then head to the Bandit Castle Portal at 42.4N 60.5E and run up the mountain to the Vesayen Isles Portal at 61.7N 48.6E. Run to A Mosswart Hideout at 72.7S 90.7E.

• Head North and make a left down to next level.
• Continue heading forward to the following level.
• Use the Sturdy Iron Key to get the Virindi Essence.

Next up is to head out to Zaikhal and head to the Moss Chamber at 14.1N 0.7W. From the drop hang right all the way to Gragghk. If you don't want a weapon and would prefer 5 Diamond Scarabs then kill Gragghk and loot the Torn Mosswart Shroud. Take the portal in the room to get portal into a room filled with Hollows and Virindis. These aren't monsters where they will attack you. :) Pour the essence on the cloak and hand it to the corresponding weapon crafter. The weapon type for the Virindis are located on the floor in front of them. Note: The upgraded version of these weapons won't get destroyed on death.
