This is the upgrade process for the Singularity Weapons to convert them so they don't get destroyed on death. Take the Danby's Outpost portal at 16.6N 1.6W outside of Zaikhal. Then take the Central Tuatara Plains Portal at 23.9N 28.0W which is restricted to level 35+. Head to Martinate Holding (59.6N 77.1W) and prepare to fight Tuskers, Virindi and Hollows. To avoid traps, be sure and stay close to the walls as you make your way through the dungeon. The key in here is hang left all the way to the Executor Assistant and hand your Singularity Weapon to it.
