Note: Click on the icon to view the status of the item. The Chakron Gate Dungeon is located at 52.8S 62.7W. You will have to run up from the other side of the mountain to get to the dungeon. It's possible to run up to the dungeon from 54.5S 63.9W. Buff before entering the dungeon due to immediate danger. Once inside make your way down to the bottom where you will find two portals. It doesn't really matter which side you take since it's pretty straight forward and if you keep following one side heading toward the bottom of the dungeon you'll end up at the portals. You will find two portals at the end which one is Lower Chakron Flux Portal limited to level 36+ and this is the portal that leads to the guardian of the Virindi Amulet. Upper Chakron Flux Portal is restricted to level 41+. This part of the dungeon is where you will end up with the treasure of Fragment of the Singularity. Buff before entering the dungeon since you'll be greeted by some Tuskers and Hollow Minions. Both teams will have to keep hanging right to get to their destination. The button pushing process starts from the lower level portion. Make sure no one moves onward until the other team has successful gone through the door first. Once the other team has made it through the door then continue onward till you come to a set of doors. The jumps for this dungeon can be tackled easily if done together as a team. On some of the jumps it's quite simple if you have the archers take out the monsters on the other side before making the jump. On others where you will have to jump down to greet the Tuskers, Hollow Minions and Virindi. It's best to have the mages debuff them first. It seems to work better if someone who has high melee defense jumps down first to gather attention of all the monsters while at least 2 mages casting heal with the Healer's Heart. The other option is to jump together to avoid all the monsters attacking only one player.
Special thanks goes to Fei al-Wu, Mage Forest and Rera for showing us that with the help of a mage or two and a brave warrior how easy it is to make those deadly jumps seem like taking candy from a baby. Updated with the help of Nuitari the Mage. |
