To complete this quest you'll need two teams to work together. One team will get a Shadow Captain's Heaume and the other team will get the Heart of Shadow as their reward. You'll find two portals at 73.5N 0.3W. The yellow portal is level 31+ which is where you'll find the Heart of Shadow. The Heart of Shadow is to be combined with the Fragment of the Singularity from the Chakron quest. The green portal is level 26+ is the dungeon where you'll have to fight the Upper Shadow Heart Leader to get the Shadow Captain's Heaume.

Before starting the quest make sure the high level team has enough people to fight off multiple shadow lieutenants and grievvers. When ready both team head into the corresponding portal.

• Heaume: Head North into the next room to find the first lever.
• Heart: Head into the next room to find the first door to the East.
• Heart: The next will have the first lever for the Heamue team.
• Heaume: To the right on the next room is the first door.
• Heaume: Keep heading forward and you'll find another lever after the curved hall.
• Heart: Keep heading forward avoiding all intersections to the 2nd door where you'll notice a lever after the jump.
• Heaume: Continue heading forward avoiding intersections to a large room. Both hall leads to the same ramp down to the 2nd door.
• Both team take the portal and will end up seeing each other in a large room with bridges.
• Have everyone proceed to the door with 1 person from each side to stay at the levers by the bridge.
• When both team are at the door have the people at the lever to pull the levers and run for the doors. Heamue: middle lever. Heart: lever towards bridge.
• Heaume: Proceed forward and you'll find 4 levers in 4 different rooms. The SW room is the lever that opens the next door for the other team.
• Heart: Continue heading forward to the 4th door. After this door you'll find a lever to the South hall for the other team.
• Heaume: Head forward past the two large room to the next door.
• Heart: After pulling the lever head back to the room and take the passage down towards West.
• Heaume: Kill the Upper Shadow Heart Leader and grab the heaume off it's corpse. The last lever is right next to the leader. Exit portal is up the North ramp.
• Heart: The Heart of Shadow is in the middle of the room.
• If another run is expect the Heart team will need to portal recall and take the exit portal from the West room.

The Shadow Captain's Heaume is loot from the Upper Shadow Heart Leader which is on a 3 week timer. The Heart of Shadow spawns on the ground inside the room with the Lower Shadow Heart Leader is on a 30 minutes timer. Enjoy!
