If you're level 80+ and has the recall to Aphus Lassel it'll make things a lot
easier. Otherwise you'll have to go through one of the 3 Tusker Temple(s) to get
to the island. Level 1-20: 10.5S 65.6E (Lytelthorpe); level 20-40 (Holtburg): 59.8N
28.4E and level 40+: 0.7N 68.1W (Fort Tethana). Once inside just hang right to next
level, forward to fork and make a left to find the shrine. Another way to get there
is keep killing tuskers till you find a Tusker Shrine.
Once you get the tusk(s) head back to town and give them to Brighteyes, the Tailor
at 2.2N 95.6E. He'll reward you with xp, a gem and a token to change your title.
Hand him the token if you wish to change your title or give them to a Town Crier.
There's a 3 weeks timer on picking up the tusks.
Tusker Burrow: 2.0N 97.9E (no level restriction; Female Tuskers)
Keep heading South to the room with Exit portal to get the tusk.
